Christina Aguilera comes in from the cold with new single now see in your PC

Christina Aguilera debuted a preview of her new single, Not Myself Tonight, via her official website Friday. And while the sample is a mere 18 seconds, sounds as fuzzy as the pop star's Lady Marmalade frizz-wig, and barely features the voice Rolling Stone named one of the 100 greatest of all time, it's the first anyone's heard of Aguilera in years.
Bionic, the followup to the pop star's 2006 record Back to Basics, is due out June 8. And the pop star's been dropping hints about the record since the time of her 2007 greatest-hits package's release. Collaborators on the disc are said to include a who's who of electro-pop tastemakers, including Goldfrapp, Sia, Ladytron, Santigold and Le Tigre, among others.

As for first single, Not Myself Tonight, Polow Da Don and Ester Dean take production and writing credit on the track. And while we'll have to wait until March 30 for the tune's full debut, so far, the new, Bionic Christina sounds a lot more like Britney than the Pitchfork darling her list of collaborators would suggest.
The song features your standard let's-hit-the-club subject matter — but don't go blaring this one in class, kiddies. Xtina drops a few f-bombs. Apparently she's still playing "Drrrty."

Aguilera described her new record in a statement posted on her official website. "It is something I don't think anyone will expect," she said of an album which is expected to feature "electronic and organic elements with subject matter ranging from playful to introspective."
